Locally Owned & Family Operated Tree Care for the Olympic Peninsula
Owned and operated by Sequim natives and brothers Chris and Matt Dahll, along with Chris’s wife and co-owner Melissa, Town & Country Tree Experts has been a cornerstone of tree care on the Olympic Peninsula since 1993. Founded by Sequim local Bob Neil, the company quickly became a trusted name in expert tree care. When Bob retired in 2019, he passed ownership to Chris, his lead climber and right-hand man of nearly a decade. Under Bob’s mentorship, both Chris and Matt mastered the art of tree care—from precision climbing to the complexities of land management. Now, Chris serves as head of company operations and Matt serves as foreman and lead climber, both bringing a hands-on approach and unmatched expertise to every project.
While Chris and Matt lead the skilled team of climbers and ground crew, Melissa oversees all business operations, including payroll, marketing, and logistics. Her organizational leadership ensures the company’s continued success. With a deep love for their community and an unparalleled understanding of the Peninsula’s unique landscapes, the Dahll family proudly upholds and builds upon the legacy of excellence established by Bob.
Born and raised in Sequim, the Dahlls are deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest and passionate about preserving its natural beauty. They are committed to creating safe, healthy environments for homes and businesses while enhancing the area’s landscapes and views. Outside of work, the family enjoys all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer, including camping, boating, crabbing, and exploring the outdoors.
